Return Policy

30-day returns on unworn items. No restock fees.

WHAT QUALIFIES
Any unworn, unwashed item with its original tags still attached can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition you received them — no perfume, stains, or alterations.

HOW TO START A RETURN
Email hello@rotgarde.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll reply with a prepaid shipping label within one business day.

EXCHANGES
Wrong size? Email us and we'll ship the correct size as soon as we receive your return — no extra charge. If the new size is out of stock, we'll issue a full refund instead.

REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of us receiving the return. We cover return shipping within the US. International returns ship at the customer's expense.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
Items marked "Final Sale" at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged. Sale items at a discount of 50% or more are final sale.
